As a dancer being active is crucial to me; I believe movement is the essence of our being. An ancient yogi thought that our age is determined by how flexible our spine is, which I see every day in my Chiropractic clinic in Newport Beach.
Chiropractic education has helped me understand spine-related problems; as a second-generation doctor, I always want to ensure I deliver the latest evidence-based treatment to my patients. I can help you move better and feel better! You can always find my recommendations for healthy living on my blog or check out what I recommend for a healthier, better life!
Dance and movement create body awareness; this allows me to look at the change from a movement standpoint; improving core performance and strengthening the spine are pivotal in our direction. Therefore, spine care is essential for active activity. Whether your goal is to improve core performance or move without pain, I can help you reach your goal! As one of the few female chiropractors in my Sport and Wellness Chiropractic clinic in Newport Beach, my goal is to help the patient achieve their potential; I am always reachable through email or a phone call!
