Pillows for Neck Pain Relief
If you experience neck pain, especially when you first wake up in the mornning, you may want to consider changing your sleeping position, as it could be the cause of your pain, Ideal sleeping position to avoid neck pain is on your side or your back, however if you are a stomach sleeper Belly sleep pillow is a good option, remindful that research shows that sleeping on your stomach can lead to pain in the morning, and if changing the pillow didn't change your neck pain, you might want to reposition yourself.
