Pillows for Neck Pain Relief

If you experience neck pain, especially when you first wake up in the mornning, you may want to consider changing your sleeping position, as it could be the cause of your pain, Ideal sleeping position to avoid neck pain is on your side or your back, however if you are a stomach sleeper Belly sleep pillow is a good option, remindful that research shows that sleeping on your stomach can lead to pain in the morning, and if changing the pillow didn't change your neck pain, you might want to reposition yourself.

In addition to sleep position, a high-quality pillow that supports your neck muscles while you sleep can make a difference.

As far as the best pillows for neck pain are concerned, a more rounded pillow help support the natural curvature of your spine, as well as pillows made of memory foam or feathers. I personally like memory foams better than feathers. However, feather pillows are great for the neck as they provide a soft comfort to the head.

You want to have enough support for the head and neck, but if it is too hard, it could cause more neck pain. Therefore a high-quality memory foam can make a big difference. Bellow are the best pillows that improve quality of sleep and help with neck position during the sleep:

Although sleeping your stomach is not recommended, but the Belly Sleep Gel pillow could be the answer to your neck pain, it is slightly thinner but works great for people who sleep on their stomach and doesn't extend the neck back.

The coop Pillow tends to be better with people who have high neck curve. My classic pillows are good for smaller neck and body structure. This one tends to be slightly on a firm side.

Purple Plus Pillow are great because of their softness and work great for most people. It is affordable and the gel inside it allows flexibility for the pillow to adjust to your neck.
